Which appointment do you need?

For all new injury presentations, we ask for you to book an initial assessment and rehabilitation appointment. During the booking process, we ask patients to quickly fill out a questionnaire outlining the history of the issue, to help us best prepare for your appointment. If you have already been assessed for the injury in Refine Physiotherapy, please book a follow up appointment.

What do you need to bring?

We ask all patients to bring loose fitting top and shorts to appointments, to allow for a proper assessment of the issue and to go through rehabilitation exercises if it is appropriate in the case.

Do i need a referral from my gp or consultant?

No referral is needed from a GP or consultant. We do ask for information from GP or Consultant to be brought to the appointment if it’s a post-op case in order to properly plan the rehabilitation process.
